The Women’s Resource Center (WRC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Trudy Ender as the new Chief Executive Officer. Trudy brings a wealth of experience, passion, and a deep commitment to empowering women and fostering community support.

“I am incredibly honored and excited to join the Women’s Resource Center as the new CEO,” said Trudy. “This organization has a remarkable history of making a positive impact in the lives of women and their families, and I am eager to contribute to its ongoing success.”

With a robust background in leading three non profit organizations in West Michigan, Trudy has consistently demonstrated a dedication to social justice, community engagement, and leadership excellence. Her vision aligns seamlessly with WRC’s mission to support, educate, and advocate for women in our community.

“I look forward to working closely with the amazing clients, dedicated staff, passionate volunteers, and invaluable partners of WRC,” Trudy continued. “Together, we will continue to create opportunities for growth, healing, and empowerment, ensuring that every woman we serve has the resources and support she needs to thrive.”

WRC has been a cornerstone in the community, offering a wide range of services including computer classes, resume coaching, scholarship programs, and other empowering programs. Under Trudy’s leadership, WRC aims to expand its reach and enhance its programs to meet the evolving needs of women in the community.

“The heart of WRC lies in the resilience and strength of the women we serve,” Trudy added. “It is my privilege to lead this organization into its next chapter, building on its strong foundation and exploring new avenues for empowerment and advocacy.”
