Your sponsorship is non-refundable. The Women’s Resource Center reserves the right to adjust event details as necessary. Thank you for your support.

By attending Wine, Women & Chocolate, I hereby grant permission to the Women's Resource Center and its representatives to take photographs and/or videos of me during the event. I understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials. I waive any rights to compensation or ownership of the photographs and/or videos and release the Women's Resource Center from any liability related to the use of these images. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this consent and waiver, and I agree to its terms.
