2025 Sponsorship Form

By sponsoring the 35th Annual Pillar Awards Luncheon, you grant the Women’s Resource Center permission to use your company’s logo on our website and marketing materials, including event programs, signage, and promotional content. This consent is valid for the duration of the event promotion period. Thank you for your support and partnership.

By submitting this sponsorship form, you agree to sponsor the 35th Annual Pillar Awards Luncheon at the selected sponsorship level. You authorize the Women’s Resource Center to use your company’s logo on our website and marketing materials. You agree to provide payment within 30 days of submitting this form. Your sponsorship is non-refundable. The Women’s Resource Center reserves the right to adjust event details as necessary. Thank you for your support.

By attending the Pillar Awards, I hereby grant permission to the Women's Resource Center and its representatives to take photographs and/or videos of me during the event. I understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials. I waive any rights to compensation or ownership of the photographs and/or videos and release the Women's Resource Center from any liability related to the use of these images. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this consent and waiver, and I agree to its terms.
